The Ceylon Spice Gate is a well established company with a versatile experience in Cinnamon Trade. The Ceylon spice Gate is registered under the Business Names Statute of Trade, Corporations and Non-Incorporated Trade Institutions of the Western Province, No. 05 of 2011 in Sri Lanka.
Its operations initially span within the local market. Today it targets on exporting preferred spices including Clove, Pepper and Cinnamon to various international markets and to establish itself as a leading organic cinnamon exporter. Ceylon spice Gate procures its spices from plantations in Sothern and Uva provinces at a reasonable price to ensure its freshness and authenticity. It is currently on the verge of developing a cinnamon organic plantation by involving selected low income earning farmers in Kaluthara Sri Lanka to achieve its vision while helping the community. The Ceylon Spice Company has license to ensure the Quality of its Cinnamon.

Why Sri Lankan Spices?
Sri Lanka is a natural wonder. It was called Paradise Island by ancient sea farers Ibn Battuta, Marco Polo, Ptolemy and many other European, Arabian, Asian and Far East Traveller because of its abundant natural resources and natural beauty that is rare for a small island of just 65,610 square kilometres (25,332 square miles) in size. The strategic location of the Island 8 degrees north of the equator and latitude 81 degrees East, surrounded by the Indian Ocean on three sides and the Bay of Bengal on the East gives it a unique tropical climatic condition. It is blessed with sunshine throughout the year, varying whether and wind patterns, a vast network of rivers and streams that traverse the length and breadth of the country, hundreds of waterfalls and a magnificent tropical rain forest which creates a lush green environment. All these natural attributes makes it the ideal environment for spice growing, where every spices abounds in rich natural fragrance, strong flavour and natural goodness. Today Ceylon Cinnamon is known world over as the finest in the world.
